What You'll Do:
- Provide application support for OneStream. Day-to-day support includes maintaining metadata, transformation rules, workflows, business rules, data management jobs, task scheduler, security, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop technical solutions for financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting requirements using Snowflake, AWS, PowerBI and other emerging technologies.
- Independently plan, manage, and deliver small to medium-sized projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Participate in key phases of large, cross-functional projects-including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
- Deliver technical components or workstreams within broader programs under the guidance of a Lead Engineer, Architect, or Project Manager.
- Identify and lead enhancements that improve financial processes, reduce manual work, and increase accuracy through OneStream and other relevant tools.
Who Are You:
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 16 years' experience in a related field
- 4+ years of experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, or corporate performance management solutions
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as an OneStream administrator across multiple functional areas
- Strong understanding of FP&A process (Reporting, Analysis & Forecasting)
- Technical expertise in OneStream administration, configuration, and customization
- Proficiency with SQL and data integration tools (MS SQL Developer)
- Proven project management experience with complex system implementations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior staff
- Experience understanding the relationship between ERP and CPM applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
Technical Skills
- Experience with OneStream and/or Hyperion
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Python programming
- Experience with dbt and/or Informatica
- Understanding of ETL/ELT patterns and data pipeline best practices
- AWS/Snowflake Data warehouse
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
- NoSQL databases: MongoDB, Redis (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) or equivalent advanced certification
- Experience with dimensional modeling (star schema, snowflake schema)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with version control (Git) and SDLC practices
- Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices
- Experience leveraging AI/ML tools for data analysis and automation
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for productivity
- Understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes
USD 92,300.00 - 153,900.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $92,300.00 - $153,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
