About the Role
This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics across the S/4 and o9 transformation programs. This includes master data capture orchestration, data harmonization leveraging S4 DMLT, data & analytics remediation and improvements.
The Senior Director will lead the full lifecycle of data migration and transformation - from analysis and target state definition through build, testing, cutover, and stabilization - ensuring delivery aligns to enterprise architecture standards and program objectives. This is a high-accountability global role requiring strong leadership across architecture, data, execution, and program delivery in a complex, multi-region environment.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Data Transformation Delivery
  • Lead the full lifecycle of data migration and transformation across S/4 and o9 programs
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for data migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, leveraging SAP DMLT and related tools
  • Oversee analysis of current data landscape and define the appropriate target state aligned to enterprise architecture
  • Ensure successful execution across build, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Maintain accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and risk management
  • Manage and optimize budget through automation and effective partner management

Target Architecture Delivery
  • Translate enterprise data strategy into a clear and executable target architecture within program scope
  • Define data models, structures, and integration patterns required to support business and planning processes
  • Ensure consistent implementation of architecture standards across systems and regions
  • Balance architectural integrity with program timelines and delivery constraints ensuring no technical debt
  • Strong collaboration with tech and D&A peers to ensure usage of enterprise tools technology and templates to accelerate the program as possible leveraging AI enabled acceleration

Data Integration & Quality
  • Oversee end-to-end data integration across ERP, planning, and analytics platforms
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reconciliation throughout migration and transformation
  • Identify and resolve data dependencies, issues, and risks across interconnected programs

Master Data Management and orchestration (SAP MDG & PEGA)
  • Lead the enhancement of master data processes and data models using SAP MDG (governance, workflows, validations, roles).
  • Define and implement MDG driven governance for critical master data objects (materials, customers, vendors, recipes, plants, etc.) specific to Food & Beverage.
  • Partner with PEGA teams to design and orchestrate end-to-end data workflows (requests, approvals, exceptions) integrated with MDG and S/4HANA.
  • Ensure new processes are scalable, global template aligned, and support both central and local business needs.

Program Delivery & Governance
  • Own delivery of Data & Analytics workstreams across S/4 and o9 programs
  • Manage complex dependencies across regions, systems, and teams
  • Drive structured execution, including planning, tracking, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
  • Ensure alignment with overall program milestones and business readiness

Team Leadership & Execution Model
  • Lead a global cross-functional team spanning data engineering, architecture, testing, functional SMEs, and regional teams to deliver S/4 O9 platform and product outcomes
  • Lead teams through analysis, design, build, testing, and deployment phases
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability across internal teams and partners
  • Foster a delivery-focused culture with strong ownership and execution discipline
  • Lead training and skilling in new technology capabilities collaborating with larger platform team
  • Mentor and grow a high performing team

Testing, Cutover & Stabilization
  • Ensure comprehensive testing strategy covering data validation, reconciliation, and business readiness
  • Lead planning and execution of data cutover activities across regions and systems
  • Oversee post-go-live stabilization, ensuring data issues are resolved quickly and sustainably
  • Ensure continuity of business operations during transition

Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Act as the primary Data & Analytics delivery lead for these programs
  • Partner closely with program leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams
  • Communicate progress, risks, and key decisions clearly to senior leadership
  • Build trust through transparency, delivery consistency, and problem-solving

Change management and capability building
  • Provide strategic leadership for the change and adoption plan, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives and stakeholder readiness for new data processes, tools, and roles.
  • Oversee the development of training strategies, playbooks, and knowledge artifacts, guiding functional teams and subject-matter experts to deliver consistent and scalable materials for data owners, stewards, and business users.
  • Champion capability building within the internal data and analytics organization, setting the roadmap and governance model to enable mentoring, upskilling, and long-term sustainability beyond program completion

What you will bring
Technical & Functional Expertise
  • Strong experience in enterprise data migration and transformation programs
  • Deep understanding of SAP data landscapes, S/4 HANA data models
  • Strong foundation in data modelling and architecture with experience designing scalable, reusable data structures across integration, transformation and analytics use cases
  • Experience defining and executing BW to target state migration strategies including transition to Datasphere and modern data architecture
  • Experience designing data integration for planning platforms including master & transactional flows
  • Experience with end-to-end technical delivery including analysis, design, build, testing, and cutover
  • Strong knowledge of data integration, data quality, and reconciliation processes
