The Role

JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Director, Multi-Tenant Sales will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department for the assigned Division which consists of multiple regions, helping to meet and exceed budgeted sales goals. Develop and implement plans to support Company objectives for optimum market penetrations at rates consistent with short and long term business goals. Responsible for the development, oversight and execution of effective sales strategies and tactics to grow Charter's customer base.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Guide Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Supervisors in the development of customer and sales strategies. Develop sales plans designed to meet or exceed customer growth and revenue projections. Communicate overall plan, strategy, and matrix requirements to field personnel; monitor and evaluate results.
Demonstrates excellence in all aspects of sales management- strategic, bold leader; understands the drivers of performance excellence at all levels.
Creates an environment that stimulates an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated organization focused on continuous improvement to support Multi-Tenant sales and strategy team; instills and maintains a high energy culture at every level of the organization.
Consistently drives the organization to meet/exceed sales and revenue targets for Multi-Tenant Sales.
Provides financial modeling and analysis with interdepartmental leaders to forecast monthly financials.
Accountable for Multi-Tenant sales budget, Revenue and PSUs.
Delivers weekly/monthly monitoring and reporting of initiatives to drive strategic performance improvement.
Evaluates and present findings in a manner that will facilitate management's understanding of the results and drive results.
Ensures assigned Multi-Tennant accounts receive professional account management yielding both improved revenue growth and retention for the company and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Knowledge of direct sales strategies
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to supervise and motivate others
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)


Required Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years

  • Sales experience - 5+
  • Management experience - 10+
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insurance


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Knowledge of cable television products and services
  • MBA is preferred

CATV experience - 3
