Roles and Responsibilities
- S&OP: Owner of S&OP (Sales &Operation Planning) Process, ensure quality and continuity of regular S&OP meetings. Provides narrative and insight. Generates ad hoc analyses as required and gives planning & analytical support within and outside the function, QMI support & end of quarter collaboration, maintain log of risk and opportunities. Budget/ Blueprint planning cycle input on SKU level for Manufacturing and Commercial Finance
- Forecasting: Ensure approved 24-month sales forecast at any time
- Life Cycle Management: Manage new product introduction and discontinuation. Accountable for forecast demand for new products
- S&OE Analyse Run rates, provide insight. Monitoring and analysis of sales history, reporting forecast changes in current demand outside of S&OP cycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management/ and/or equivalent work experience
- Affinity to systems and use of computers/software. Good Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate on various organizational levels using English language
