As a Sr Demand Planner here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing demand planning activities to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with supply chain operations within our Business Unit. You will play a key role in driving demand forecast accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the overall supply chain strategy.
You will report directly to our leadership team and you’ll work out of our location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain by providing reliable demand forecasts that support production planning, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support supply chain planning and business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather inputs and validate demand plans, key stakeholder including sales, finance, product manager, customer service, supply chain
- Analyze forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance demand planning processes.
- As SIOP Planner, based on data analysis and observation from routine work, working with cross function to drive continuously improvement, achieving end to end operation process optimization, the key KPI will be the Backlog Healthy, forecast accuracy, SKU Rationalization, Inventory Reduction. Lead one project at least one year which focus on business problem solving
