We are now looking for Sr. Datacenter Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) in our Taiwan, Hsinchu Office.

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineering Manager who is experienced, creative problem solvers in various areas and passionate to want to make a clear impact with the work they do. As part of the Operations Supplier Quality Engineering Team, you will work on productizing NVIDIA’s chips into servers and datacenter markets.
What you’ll be doing:
Drive CM/ODM quality continuous improvements in terms of effective Quality Management Systems (QMS) metrics.
Work closely with manufacturing partners in audit, quality KPI management, process compliance, manage quality excursions, and qualification. Frequently factory on-site support will be needed.
Cooperate with internal cross functional teams, as a main factory quality interface.
Initiate SCAR/8D, hands on driving contract manufacturer to conduct containment actions, find root causes, risk assessment, implement preventive actions for quality excursions, review response/actions and drive for close loop closure.
Develop quality management strategy and identify risks in early phase.
Input quality comments to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and use data to influence improvements within the company and CM/ODMs.
Work with teams for qualification, PCN, MRB, SOP, process and product control review.
What we need to see:
BS or MS degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, statistic engineering or a related engineering degree field.
10+ years of engineering or quality experience in PCBA/Server/Hardware manufacturing quality management.
Familiar with QMS and quality core tools application (8D, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA…etc.)
Experience or certificate of ISO9001 lead auditor, VDA6.3 auditor, CQE, CQT, CRE, Six Sigma/Lean is a plus.
L6~L10/L11 Server/Rack assembly and test experience or data center related products.
Good communications in English with effective communication skill set, including data collection, logical and statistical analysis, and oral presentation.
Be self- and data-driven and self-motivate.
