The Senior D365 Analyst will assist in the day-to-day support and maintenance of Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations, working closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, and our managed service partner.

What you’ll do
Being a Senior D365 Analyst about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll:
- Support incident, problem, and event management for D365, escalating complex issues to senior team members or third-party providers.
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining D365 environments, including basic troubleshooting, maintenance and reporting.
- Provide first-line support for D365 users, resolving routine queries and requests.
- Help ensure compliance with Information Security, risk, SOX, and audit requirements by following established processes
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for D365 releases.
Who you are

- Integrations developed on Azure services
- Power Platform, Microsoft Azure Services (logic apps, event grid etc.)
- ITIL Awareness
