Owns Costa Coffee’s Delivery and Click & Collect proposition across UK&I, leading trade marketing, loyalty integration, optimization, and cross-functional execution. Builds partnerships with Uber Eats, Just Eat, and Deliveroo; identifies and scales digital growth opportunities; supports international markets and franchise partners with frameworks and best practices; and uses market insights and performance data to guide strategy and commercial decisions.

Own platform health and engineering execution for AWS-based backend systems. Set direction for CI/CD, automation, quality engineering, observability, alerting, and incident response. Provide technical leadership and coaching to backend teams, improve delivery predictability, and raise engineering standards across international markets. The role is hybrid in Sofia, with occasional international travel to the UK.

Business Analyst supporting data products, master data management, integrations, and cloud platforms. The role gathers requirements, maps data flows and ownership, analyzes processes, facilitates stakeholder workshops, supports Azure and API integration delivery, and contributes to testing, data quality, governance, and Agile product improvement.

Gather, clean, and analyze data; build predictive and prescriptive machine learning models; create data pipelines, dashboards, and visualizations; and communicate actionable insights to technical and business stakeholders. The role requires strong organisation, discretion, judgment, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Word. It supports strategic priorities and helps coordinate leadership activities in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Leads Costa Coffee’s global employee engagement and culture agenda. Responsibilities include employee listening and feedback programs, using people data for actionable insights, embedding culture and values across markets, advancing inclusion and belonging, empowering managers, and partnering with senior leaders and external stakeholders. The role also oversees engagement, inclusion, ESG reporting, governance, and compliance, with experience supporting large frontline retail or hospitality populations preferred.

Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environments. Responsibilities include incident, problem, and event management; environment monitoring; troubleshooting; maintenance; reporting; first-line user support; compliance with information security, risk, SOX, and audit requirements; and testing D365 releases. The role works with technology teams, business stakeholders, and a managed service provider in a hybrid Basildon setting.

Lead Costa Coffee’s internal and leadership communications across its global organization. Develop communications strategies, annual plans, campaigns, leadership messaging, and change communications. Advise senior executives, translate business priorities into compelling narratives, manage sensitive communications, and measure engagement and impact. Partner with communications and business teams to support organizational transformation, strategic programs, culture, and employee connection.

Leads end-to-end technology procurement across software, SaaS, hardware, managed services, and professional services. Develops sourcing strategies, manages competitive bids, negotiates complex contracts, models total cost of ownership, delivers savings, and mitigates supplier and contractual risks. Partners with senior stakeholders and governs strategic suppliers throughout the contract lifecycle, driving performance, compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Provides part-time administrative and workplace support for Costa Coffee’s Sofia office. Responsibilities include managing supplies, meeting rooms, visitors, maintenance requests, office events, records, suppliers, purchase orders, invoices, onboarding, and routine employee queries. The role requires accurate process execution, professional communication, customer service, and escalation of compliance or non-routine issues.
