About the Role

Creative production at GlossGenius isn't a support function; it's the operational infrastructure that determines whether campaigns land or stall. As Senior Creative Producer, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of creative across Brand, Product Marketing, and Lifecycle: from intake to launch, across dozens of simultaneous workstreams. The team is building fast, the GTM calendar is dense, and the bar for execution is high.

You will report to the Creative Operations Lead. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment. We default to being in-office 3–4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What You'll Do

  • Own the GTM creative pipeline, including intake, scoping, scheduling, and delivery across Brand, PMM, and Lifecycle, while maintaining a single source of truth for all ongoing work and future launches
  • Translate campaign briefs into production-ready plans that designers, copywriters, and production partners can act on immediately, with no ambiguity about scope or timing
  • Build and enforce creative ops infrastructure with AI as the default layer: automating intake routing, flagging timeline risks, and surfacing bottlenecks before they require a human to catch them
  • Drive review cycles from kickoff to approval, consolidate cross-functional feedback, eliminate conflicting direction, and keep sign-offs moving so creative never holds up a launch
  • Architect cross-functional launch timelines that account for dependencies across creative, copy, web, email, and GTM; surface risks early before they become blockers
  • Manage external vendors and freelancers end to end, from onboarding and briefing through delivery and QA, without letting outside timelines disrupt internal ones

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6+ years of project management or creative operations experience spanning brand, product marketing, and lifecycle campaigns within a marketing organization
  • You've built automations or AI-powered workflows that reduced coordination overhead
  • Proven ability to run creative production across multiple marketing functions simultaneously, prioritizing competing requests without burning out the creative team or letting things slip
  • Strong command of project management tools at scale, including experience driving adoption across 20+ users and enforcing the system 
  • Deep understanding of digital campaign production end to end, from brief to design to deployment across channels, and can coordinate across teams without things falling through the cracks
  • Clear, actionable creative feedback and the communication skills to manage stakeholders up, across, and down without losing the thread

The starting base salary for this role in New York is between $130,000-$155,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
