Design and build Genius AI’s software factory, including CI platforms, deployment tooling, infrastructure-as-code guardrails, observability, alerting, SLOs, and incident-response systems. Lead infrastructure platform direction, enable safe self-service for engineers and AI agents, improve deployment velocity and reliability, review complex technical changes, and mentor engineers. The role requires hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps, CI/CD at scale, progressive delivery, and internal developer tooling.

Own end-to-end product execution for AI-native experiences, from concept through launch. Shape the roadmap using customer, market, competitive, and business insights; collaborate with Design, Research, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics; iterate rapidly based on data; and define agentic product experiences that help small businesses automate administrative work.

Own the architecture and standards of the company’s dbt project, building scalable models across staging, intermediate, and mart layers. Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to evolve data models, validate metrics, and maintain data quality. Develop AI-assisted testing, documentation, and access workflows; collaborate on Segment, Fivetran, and Airflow pipelines; and drive privacy, governance, and warehouse best practices.
