About the roleAs Creative Lead, Integrated Campaigns Creative, you will support creative development for Salesforce’s Small and Medium Business (SMB) marketing, serving as a key creative partner to Product Marketing (PMM) and the teams responsible for engaging and growing SMB audiences.
This is a hands-on manager role for a copywriter by craft—an exceptional writer and conceptual thinker with a strong visual sensibility. You will develop a multidisciplinary team of designers and copywriters while staying close to the work: writing, shaping narratives, developing concepts, and partnering with designers to bring integrated ideas to life.

Partner with Creative Operations and Creative leadership to prioritize workload and focus the team on the highest-impact work.

BA or BFA in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Art, Journalism, Design, Writing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
8+ years of experience in copywriting, creative development, art direction, or a related discipline within an agency or in-house creative organization; B2B or technology experience is a plus.
4+ years of experience leading, managing, or developing creative talent, including designers and copywriters.
A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing, conceptual thinking, storytelling, and visual sensibility across integrated campaigns and channels.
Deep hands-on copywriting experience developing campaign concepts, headlines, messaging, scripts, narratives, and product stories.
