We’re looking for a motivated Senior Consultant Technology Implementation for Global Consulting/Professional Services team of Enablon.
As the Tech Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing client projects of Enablon, this industry leading product. This is a full-time permanent position, based in Sydney Office
ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead end-to-end software implementation projects along with a project manager, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Facilitate and lead client workshops to gather requirements and define solutions.
Maintain and enhance project documentation
Configure the software to meet client requirements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with specifications.
Facilitate client training sessions.
Supervise and provide quality oversight of partner work to ensure best practices are followed
Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to project deadlines.
Engage in continuous improvement of consulting processes.
Execute product and solution testing phases.
ABOUT YOU
5+ years of experience in software development/implementation/support, preferably within large-scale corporate projects.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, .Net).
Proven track record of end-to-end enterprise software implementation is highly desired.
Good understanding of web technologies and knowledge of database concepts would be a considerable plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) is a plus.
