  • Support customer validation and verification activities to ensure readiness and compliance
  • Collaborate with engineering to refine and enhance migration tooling and automation processes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of data and content migration experience within enterprise systems (e.g., Documentum, OpenText, Box, SharePoint, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle)
  • 5+ years of project leadership and customer-facing consulting experience, specifically managing the implementation of complex technical solutions in an enterprise software environment
  • Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to senior business and technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Life Sciences industry regulations (GxP, validation processes)
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel up to 20% across Europe as needed

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry
  • Functional knowledge of Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety business processes
