1. Medical Intelligent Agent Product Design
- Design platform-level intelligent agent software platform architecture for medical scenarios, defining capability boundaries, interaction paradigms, multi-agent collaboration mechanisms, and clinical safety guardrails
- Evaluate & execute the productization of medical foundation models — including medical LLMs, multimodal imaging foundation models, and medical knowledge graphs — across core use cases such as assisted diagnosis, clinical decision support, report generation, and research assistance
- Define acceptance criteria for AI features across four dimensions: clinical accuracy, usability, explainability, and workflow integration
- Sustain a robust funnel of AI use case opportunities; partner cross-functionally to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities, ensuring disciplined investment and maximum ROI
- Ensure Responsible AI principles are embedded throughout the product lifecycle — including fairness, transparency, privacy protection, and clinical safety
2. Customer Insights & Solutions
- Immerse in frontline clinical environments to identify efficiency bottlenecks in diagnostic workflows, understand data needs and collaboration patterns in clinical research, and unlock the data value inherent in our device ecosystem
- Systematically capture Voice of Customer (VoC) through clinical site visits, user interviews, and observational research, translating insights into prioritized product requirements
3. Clinical Innovation Roadmap for Product Strategy
- Utilize abundant clinical product skills to offer key opinions for definite long-term vision and strategic plan for the software portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a clearly differentiated competitive strategy
- Own the multi-year clinical product roadmap experiences, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform investments, and ensuring disciplined prioritization that maximizes return on innovation
- Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and technology landscape analysis — including regulatory trend assessment (NMPA, FDA, EU MDR) — to identify growth opportunities
4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead the product team (Product Managers, Product Designers), fostering a culture of customer obsession, clinical rigor, and engineering excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — software engineering, hardware engineering, clinical science, regulatory affairs, UX design, and commercial — in a matrixed environment to drive end-to-end product delivery
- Partner closely with R&D teams using agile development methodologies to manage product iterations and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery cadence
- Maintain constant communication — upward, downward, and across functions — ensuring alignment, transparency, and momentum
Qualifications
Must Have
- Background in a medical-related field, with complementary education or work experience in computer science or information technology
- 8+ years of medical software product design, R&D, and management experience, including 2+ years in team leadership; Master's degree preferred
- Proven track record of successfully designing and launching medical imaging AI or clinical AI software products — from concept to commercialization
- Extensive experience collaborating closely with software engineers and algorithm engineers, with a solid understanding of technical implementation
- Strong proficiency in agile development methodologies; experience with product development in a regulated medical device environment
- Hands-on experience with Class II and Class III medical device software registration and compliance processes (NMPA / FDA), including ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 QSR
- Familiarity with DICOM, IHE, HL7, FHIR and other healthcare information standards and integration specifications
- Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders
Core Competencies
- Product Strategy Acumen: Ability to formulate clear product strategy grounded in industry trends, customer value, and competitive dynamics — and translate it into actionable product architecture design and strategic roadmaps
