Help shape exceptional digital shopping experiences
We're looking for a Senior Channel Manager, eCommerce – Iberia to join our B2B Sales team. In this role, you'll help create outstanding online shopping experiences for consumers and retail partners across Spain and Portugal, while driving commercial growth through innovative eCommerce strategies.

What you'll be doing
As Senior Channel Manager, you will:
Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the online shopper journey across key retail partners.
Drive commercial performance through strategic activation of retailer campaigns, key trading moments, and annual promotional plans.
Informal leadership 1 Digital Merchandizer and 1 Business Developer
Partner closely with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to deliver high-quality, shopper-centric plans aligned to shared business objectives.
Optimise digital customer journeys and enhance product discoverability across retailer platforms.
Collaborate with digital merchandising teams to improve digital shelf performance and online execution.
Lead a culture of innovation, testing new ideas, sharing learnings, and scaling successful initiatives across the business.
Own and manage retail media investments, ensuring budgets are allocated effectively and deliver measurable results.
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams.
Coach and support team members, providing leadership, development, and day-to-day people management.

Strong understanding of online retail ecosystems, including pure-play and omnichannel retailers.
Experience improving digital customer journeys and driving online conversion or engagement.
Demonstratable experience of leading and coaching a small team
Knowledge of digital acquisition channels such as search, social media, affiliate marketing, or retail media.
Experience managing budgets and investment decisions.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into effective commercial actions.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular attendance at our Madrid office.
