Key ContributionsCompensation & Benefits
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll in coordination with payroll vendors and Finance.
- Administer compensation, benefits, insurance, social insurance (SI), PIT, and statutory compliance.
- Support salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews, promotions, and compensation analysis.
- Manage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, probation, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding.
- Ensure HR policies and C&B practices comply with Vietnam labor laws and company guidelines.
- Prepare HR reports, headcount, labor costs, and people analytics for management.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors for payroll, insurance, work permits, and labor compliance.
- Support HR audits and ensure operational excellence across HR processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, SOPs, and HR operational workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience specifically in Compensation & Benefits, with strong experience in payroll and statutory C&B operations.
- Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary structures, benchmarking, and C&B practices.
- Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced or scaling environments (technology sector preferred).
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- A strategic thinker with strong execution capability; hands-on, adaptable, and commercially driven.
