What you need to know about this position:
We are looking for a passionate, energetic and hands-on intern who is eager to learn and gain real exposure to Sales in a multinational FMCG environment.
You will support the Sales Capability team in developing and executing capability initiatives, while gaining practical experience in how Sales programs are built and brought to life.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
1. Learning Content & Material Development• Support the development of training decks, learning materials, toolkits and quizzes.• Support the recording, editing and production of training videos.• Upload and manage learning materials on internal learning platforms.
2. Training Program Execution• Support training/workshop preparation and execution, including invitations, participant lists, materials and training tools.• Provide on-site support during training sessions and workshops.• Capture photos and key moments from training activities for communication and documentation.
3. Reporting & Data Tracking• Download and consolidate data from internal systems and platforms.• Read, analyze and interpret data to identify key information and insights.• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations.• Track progress and completion of Sales Capability activities and initiatives.

Education / Certifications:
Job specific requirements:
Final-year student in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data/Business Analytics or related fields.
Passionate about Sales and FMCG, with a strong willingness to learn and experience the real field environment.
Proactive, energetic, hands-on and willing to take ownership.
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
Familiar with AI tools, Canva and/or other presentation and content creation tools.
Good analytical skills and ability to work with data and synthesize information.
Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
Willing to join field visits and work directly with Sales teams in the market when required.
