Role :
We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst to join our IT Business Apps team. This is a hybrid role based in Zscaler office location in Bangalore/Mohali reporting to Senior Manager IT Business Systems team. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in business processes, technical knowledge, and project management skills to implement scalable and impactful solutions that improve workflows and accelerate decision-making across the organization. While supporting marketing operations, your scope will extend to broader IT systems, establishing a critical link between complex business strategies and reliable technical execution.

- 6+ years of experience with an in-depth understanding of marketing technology stacks, Salesforce CRM, data enrichment, integrations, and reporting & insights.
- Proven expertise in implementing and managing enterprise business systems (such as CRM, and data platforms) across diverse departments.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of investigating complex technical issues and designing scalable solutions that drive measurable process improvements.
- Advanced command of SQL for cross-system data analysis. Proven experience using reporting tools like Salesforce to translate complex data sets into actionable business stories.
- Direct experience with SFDC platforms and lead management process.
- Solid understanding of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and integration principles.
Preferred Qualifications (What Will Make You Stand Out)
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, Agile methodologies, and managing full Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycles.
- Strong foundational understanding of Digital Marketing principles and enterprise Project Management practices.
- Demonstrated capability in using generative AI productivity environments (such as GPT, Gemini, and Claude) to enhance operational efficiency.
