• Conducts advanced research and is the steward of prepared operations reports.
• Acts as a resident expert with advanced knowledge of the business organization, operating processes, and regulations.
• Mentors less experienced peers on data analysis, dashboard development, and operational strategic plans.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
