What You'll Do
- Project Leadership: Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions
- Team Management: Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing your people leadership skills in a project setting
- Business Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagements
- Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data, software, and AI insights
- Subject Matter Expertise: Support multiple projects across the Quality Practice while developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areas
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
- Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Veeva products
- Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
The Process
- You submit your resume, short cover letter of questions, and take a personality assessment
- Within 5-10 business days, we will notify you via email if we would like to go to the next step or not
- The next step is a 45-minute interview with a leader of the practice, followed by a job history interview and case exercise. You will have one week to prepare for the case exercise
- Within one week after the case exercise, we will give you an offer or let you know that we do not wish to move forward

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree and excellent academic record
- 4+ years of consulting experience in an established strategic/management consulting organization
- Strong Life Sciences background with a keen interest in the Quality value chain
- Good understanding of technologies used in Quality, ideally Veeva's platforms and solutions
- Proven analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership of others in the delivery of complex deliverables
