The Role

As a Senior Consultant in our Commercial Business Consulting practice, you won’t just advise on the future of Life Sciences - you’ll be building it. We help our customers bring treatments to patients faster by fundamentally transforming their operating models, powered by the industry’s most advanced technology, AI and data. Unlike traditional firms, we move beyond "slides and theory" to deliver tangible, scalable execution that others simply cannot replicate.

What You’ll Do

  • Project Leadership: Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions
  • Team Management: Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing your people leadership skills in a project setting
  • Business Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagements
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data, software, and AI insights
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Support multiple projects across Commercial BC while developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areas

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
  • Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in two or three of the following areas: Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, Segmentation and targeting
  • Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
  • Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Veeva products
  • Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

The Process

    Our process is different than most. It is designed to be fast, efficient and respectful. Here are the steps:

  • You submit your resume, short cover letter of questions, and take a personality assessment
  • Within 5-10 business days, we will notify you via email if we would like to go to the next step or not
  • The next step is a 45-minute interview with a leader of the practice, followed by a job history interview and case exercise. You will have one week to prepare for the case exercise
  • Within one week after the case exercise, we will give you an offer or let you know that we do not wish to move forward

Compensation

  • Total compensation: 70,000 - 115,000 EUR
  • The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree and excellent academic record
  • 4+ years of consulting experience in an established strategic/management consulting organization
  • Experience in Life Sciences, particularly in the Commercial and Medical area
  • Good understanding of Commercial and expertise in multi-channel strategy, product launch, go-to-market strategy, etc.
  • Evidence of leading business development activities
  • Analytical skills for quantitative and qualitative assessment
  • Strong communication skills in English and local languages
