MLG Group is looking for skilled business analysts to join its growing team. Headquarters are in the UAE & another office in Egypt! We are looking for candidates with experience in the fintech / banking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, specifically related to WPS, compliance, and money exchange operations.
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and other key documentation to facilitate clear understanding for development and implementation teams.
- Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence for tracking and managing requirements and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design and document detailed process flows using tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart to map current and optimized processes related to WPS and money exchange.
- Identify inefficiencies or gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements that ensure compliance with MOHRE and CBUAE standards.
- Ensure all processes align with MOHRE and CBUAE regulations, especially related to WPS and money exchange operations.
- Stay up-to-date with UAE regulatory changes impacting money exchange and WPS and ensure all relevant teams are informed and compliant.
- Work closely with compliance teams to verify alignment with regulatory requirements and update documentation as needed.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and develop insights for the business.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies, leveraging tools such as Excel and reporting software.
- Act as a bridge between internal teams (Operations, IT, Compliance) and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth execution of projects.
- Lead workshops, presentations, and training sessions to provide updates, gather feedback, and communicate regulatory requirements.
-Support project managers on compliance and WPS-related projects, contributing to project planning, coordination, and monitoring.
- Track project tasks and progress using JIRA and other project management tools, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the money exchange industry or with a focus on WPS in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of MOHRE and CBUAE regulations related to WPS and money exchange.
- Proficiency in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and process flow diagrams.
- Experience with business analysis and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments to ensure compliance and achieve project objectives.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the money exchange industry or with a focus on WPS in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of MOHRE and CBUAE regulations related to WPS and money exchange.
  • Proficiency in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
  • Ability to design and document process flow diagrams (Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart).
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence for requirements and project tracking.
  • Proficiency with Excel and preparing reports for internal and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
