Key Responsibilities- Lead and support customer journey mapping exercises for a financial services client.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable insights.
- Work closely with CRM and Martech teams to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
- Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and documentation efforts throughout the engagement.
Requirements
Experience
- 5–7 years of solid, relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
Industry Knowledge
- Strong familiarity with the financial services industry.
Technical Exposure
- Hands-on experience working with CRM and Martech platforms.
Soft Skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and approachable.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
Skills Required
- 5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong familiarity with the financial services industry
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
- Hands-on experience with Martech platforms
- Experience leading customer journey mapping exercises
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments
- Available to work onsite in the UAE for the full 4-month duration
- Available to start by the last week of February
