- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Conduct process discovery and prepare Discovery & Assessment Reports.
- Define and document business and functional requirements.
- Assess and recommend solutions using Classic RPA and Agentic RPA.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Apply Agile frameworks and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in RPA, Business Analysis, or Intelligent Automation.
- Strong knowledge of Classic RPA and Agentic RPA.
- Experience in process discovery, assessment, and requirements gathering.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate is a plus.
