RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute programmatic brand media campaigns across key global markets
- Manage DSP media strategy and day-to-day media buying to drive efficient reach and brand awareness
- Partner with global marketing leads to develop market-level media plans
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve campaign efficiency and impact
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Analytics, Creative, Performance Media, and Consumer Insights
- Contribute to media reporting and analysis, helping connect media performance to brand health metrics
- Drive test and learn agenda to continuously improve programmatic effectiveness
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5–7 years of experience in programmatic media buying, ideally with brand-focused KPIs
- Hands-on experience working in DSP platforms
- Experience with campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance and brand metrics
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience supporting global or multi-market media programs
