Develops spatial concepts, layouts, 3D models, renderings, material studies, and design documentation. Collaborates with Retail, Brand, Creative, Operations, vendors, and fabricators through production and installation while helping maintain design standards and manage multiple projects. Requires occasional domestic and international travel.

Build and ship member-facing web features using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. Implement responsive, accessible interfaces, test user journeys, participate in code reviews, collaborate with product, design, and backend teams, and contribute to performance and maintainability. The role includes AI-assisted prototyping, frontend API integration, learning team systems, and participating in on-call rotations under senior guidance.

Own the end-to-end integration of validated sensor intelligence algorithms onto WHOOP embedded devices. Design intelligent sensor-control strategies, characterize sensor behavior, and validate performance across real-world conditions. Collaborate with firmware, electrical engineering, hardware, and data science teams to develop sensing capabilities while optimizing accuracy, latency, memory, compute, power, and reliability.

Execute and optimize global programmatic brand media campaigns across markets. Responsibilities include campaign setup, QA, pacing, creative trafficking and rotation, performance analysis, budget reconciliation, and in-channel optimization. The role partners with Brand, Creative, Analytics, and Performance Media teams while supporting global media planning, new channel launches, sponsorships, and brand initiatives. Success requires hands-on DSP experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, partners, and deadlines.

Evaluate, qualify, and improve lithium-ion battery cells for current and future products. Develop testing and qualification plans, analyze electrochemical data, optimize cell performance through experiments, and collaborate with suppliers and battery system engineers. Lead end-to-end mechanical engineering for next-generation biometric wearable products, from concept through manufacturing release. Own system-level design, analysis, validation, documentation, supplier coordination, DFM, root-cause analysis, and production readiness. Develop SolidWorks models, drawings, BOMs, and ECOs; manage verification and validation testing; collaborate with contract manufacturers and cross-functional teams; and mentor junior engineers. Travel internationally up to 20% and work from the Boston office.

Develop, validate, debug, and deliver wireless systems for wearable products from prototypes through production. Define RF validation plans, characterize transmitters, receivers, antennas, coexistence, interference, and OTA performance, and create automated test methods. Analyze failures, guide RF-critical PCB and antenna design, establish production test limits, support manufacturing troubleshooting and regulatory certification, and collaborate across engineering and product teams. The role requires up to 15% domestic and international travel and is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
