Senior Associate - ServiceNow Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITAM modules, including Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and Hardware Asset Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, and data models to optimize asset management processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools to streamline asset tracking and reporting.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain and update documentation for developed solutions and processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ITAM features.
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices, and recommend enhancements to improve functionality.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on IT Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITAM applications, including Discovery and Software Asset Management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
