What You'll Do
- Drive Execution: Manage the day-to-day flow of customer success, from initial post-sale setup through the renewal cycle
- Lead Customer Meetings: Serve as a reliable point of contact for agency and customer teams, comfortably leading meetings and presenting findings independently
- Data Storytelling: Leverage the Crossix Measurement Suite to interpret data and build clear, actionable narratives that inform marketing decisions and highlight product value
- Project Management: Oversee delivery timelines and milestones, providing clear feedback to internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time deliveries
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Use critical thinking and cross-functional collaboration to troubleshoot complex results and answer the customer’s core business questions
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in an analytical and customer-facing role

Compensation
- Base pay: $95,000 - $120,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
