Join us as the Senior Analytics & Insights Manager for Europe Central (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) 16-month FTC (Approx) and build the future of one of Western Europe’s most dynamic markets.
In this high-impact role, you’ll partner directly with the regional General Manager and Leadership Team to unlock growth, translate data into action, and influence strategic decisions across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations. You’ll own commercial performance insight for the BU, build next-generation analytics using SQL and modern data platforms, and lead deep-dive analysis that uncovers opportunities across the shopper journey.

Core Responsibilities- Own EUC performance narrative & commercial analytics, delivering automated, accurate insight on sales, controllable inputs and key value drivers.
- Analyze performance across the full shopper journey to identify where growth is accelerating or slowing.
- Build and implement business sensors to anticipate trend shifts and support forecasting.
- Partner with the EUC GM and Leadership Team, turning insights into clear actions that drive growth.
- Lead key business review moments, synthesizing long-term category, consumer and competitive trends.
- Deliver deep-dive ad-hoc analysis, combining pricing, promotions, assortment, distribution and retailer data into actionable insights.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align on insights and deliver quantifiable business value.
- Shown experience in a commercial analytics or insights role, ideally in a fast-paced CPG, retail, e-commerce, or consumer-centric environment.
- Strong SQL capability (Data bricks or similar) with the ability to independently query, transform and analyze complex datasets.
- Ability to navigate a global matrix organization, collaborating effectively with cross-functional, regional and global teams while representing the BU with credibility.
- Independent, self-driven working style, acting as a business owner who can influence, challenge, and guide stakeholders without close oversight.
- Confidence partnering with data scientists and technical teams, connecting business needs with data capabilities and enabling advanced analytics.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify complexity, translate insights into clear actions and influence senior leaders.
- Proficiency in English and German, (ideally) with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations.
