As a Business Analyst you will perform business research that's designed to improve business processes and support decisions that contribute to the growth of profitable business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead analytical projects from requirements gathering through recommendations and implementation support.
- Partner with service centers, product owners, project managers, and other teams to improve customer and employee experiences.
- Analyze KPIs, product releases, and service initiatives using quantitative methods, including A/B testing.
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Conduct business and process research to evaluate opportunities, feasibility, costs, and potential impacts.
- Develop reports, dashboards, models, and analytical tools to support business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes, reporting, and analytical tools.
- Present clear findings and recommendations to stakeholders, management, and senior leadership.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, business, or a related quantitative field and three years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with data analysis, statistical concepts, and business research.
- Proficiency in SAS and SQL; Snowflake experience preferred.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, project management, and stakeholder relationship skills.
