We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst, Accounting & Accounts Payable to join our Finance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, smooth month-end closing, robust internal controls, and strong coordination with our Business Partners, Shared Services Center (SSC) across Treasury, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys process ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and driving financial excellence within a regional cluster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy of P&L (below PC) and Balance Sheet.
  • Serve as the primary contact for SSC teams on Treasury, Fixed Assets, AP, and General Ledger matters.
  • Prepare and submit statutory requirements and liaise with outsourced statutory agencies.
  • Prepare and coordinate forecast and budget. Analyze results against target, identify risks and opportunities and review with business partners for decision making.
  • Support internal and external audit activities as well as SOAR testing.
  • Provide finance support on administrative functions including payments processing, non-inventory purchase orders, and cross-functional requests.
  • Identify and lead improvement initiatives and any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Payable management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, internal controls, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process improvement mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across countries and functions.
  • High integrity, adaptability, and strong drive for results.

 

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Thailand statutory requirements (withholding tax & VAT).
  • Experience in SAP 4 Hana.
