We are looking for a Senior Agentic Operations Analyst, Sales & Marketing to join our team.
About the role:
As a Senior Agentic Operations Analyst (Sales & Marketing), you'll find where AI can genuinely absorb and improve work across Sales & Marketing Operations, and then build, deploy and support it. This is a hands-on builder role as well as an analyst and advisor role: you'll work with the Sales & Marketing Operations function, the wider Revenue Operations teams, and ultimately the sales field, to find where to unlock value through automation. It is as much about evangelism and adoption as about engineering; what you build has to be used, and success is measured by what is still in production and still valued months later. This is applied automation inside a business function, close to the people who use the result.
Responsibilities:
- Identify the use cases: find work across the function and its partner teams that AI can absorb, accelerate or make possible for the first time.
- Build, deploy and support automations and agents hands-on, starting with small, visibly useful wins that earn trust.
- Own adoption: sit with users, understand how they actually work, refine what does not fit and keep what you build alive.
- Design and own the shared foundation - agent backbone, reusable patterns, shared repository and evaluation harness - so the team builds on one basis.
- Define and enforce guardrails: what an agent may decide and what must stay with a human, with the evidence to back it.
- Act as the team's AI evangelist, raising AI literacy across the function, the wider Revenue Operations teams and the field.
- Automate within the revenue processes: requirements drafting and data routing, deal desk triage and knowledge assembly, and day-to-day operational productivity.
- Support the wider function with enablement content assembly, AI-supported planning and targeting, and automated reporting and data-model structuring alongside our BI teams.
- Work within enterprise constraints, including approved tooling, data handling rules and security, legal and privacy review.
- Establish, measure and act upon the baselines that prove the value: hours returned, adoption, evaluation pass rate and use cases still in active use.
Skills:
- Applied Building: Hands-on experience shipping automations that other people use daily, not prototypes or demonstrations.
- LLM & Agent Design: Practical work with LLMs, prompt design, and agent frameworks in a production context.
- Scripting & Integration: Python or similar, comfort with APIs and structured data, and the ability to put something in front of a real user quickly. Experience with Enterprise systems is a plus.
- Use Case Discovery: Ability to find the work worth automating when nobody hands you a backlog, and to say which use cases are not worth doing.
- Evaluation & Guardrails: Able to explain how you know an automation is working, when it should stop and ask a human, and how you would know if it had broken.
- Adoption & Enablement: Evidence of supporting users after go-live and raising the capability of the people around you.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfort serving several teams without a formal mandate, and prioritising openly across them.
- Pragmatism in an Enterprise: Adaptable about the stack, and comfortable working with security review and approved tooling.
- Preferred: Sales, marketing or internal operations literacy; Salesforce, CPQ or Marketo process knowledge from the business side; retrieval over enterprise content or knowledge-base design; workflow automation platforms; experience introducing new tooling inside an enterprise.
