Senior Accountant II

Role : Senior Accountant II

Location : Remote, India

Working Shift - Night Shift - 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST (PST Timing)

You will:

• Identify and research accounting issues in compliance with US GAAP
• Oversee the Cash Management module in ERP, ensuring seamless reconciliation of bank statements and books.
• Manage the Fixed Assets module in ERP and maintain accurate records.
• Perform period end close procedures including, but not limited to, accrued expenses, prepaids, leases, fixed assets, allocations, capitalizations, accounts receivables, intangible assets and GL accounts analysis
• Perform in-depth GL account analysis, deliver flux report for operating expense and balance sheet
• Ensure compliance by assisting with state registration renewals, sales/use taxes, and other tax filings.
• Manage international subsidiary management account booking and coordinate with local filings.
• Support monthly financial reporting, annual audits, and perform advanced financial analyses.
• Collaborate directly with the Controller on high-priority ad hoc projects.
  

You Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• 8-10 years of experience in accounting for a US company
• Proficient in with Microsoft Excel
• Relevant experience working with large data sets
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in pressure situations
• Prior experience with Oracle Fusion preferred
