We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Account Manager responsible for the following regions: Burgas and surrounding cities
What to Expect:
Sales Activity
- To meet individual sales targets by gaining new clients and by developing the sales to the existing ones
- To make the required number of qualified calls / visits based upon Pluxee Bulgaria commercial and sales expectations
- To ensure that sales activities are effectively planned in order optimize the time and resources use
- To visit the clients and partners
- To apply the pricing policy, within the limits of his/her authority
- To follow up new information about existing and potential clients and partners
- To identify and analyze the needs of existing and potential clients and to promote Pluxee Bulgaria standard services combined with tailor made solutions
- To communicate clearly to existing and potential clients what kind of services Pluxee Bulgaria can offer to them and make sure they understand and accept our terms and conditions
- To consult existing and potential clients on tax treatment (incl. changes) and new regulations, as well as concerning their HR and marketing policy
- To project Pluxee commitment for service excellence representing the company’s image and goodwill when talking to clients
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant sphere
- Wide experience in the account management field
- Knowledge of business environment
- Good command of English
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Sales pitch and negotiation skills
- Abilities to organize, plan and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Great communication and coordination skills
- Autonomous, flexible to adapt solutions to various stakeholders
- Ability to work in a face-paced environment
- Driving license
- Prior sales experience in the above mentioned Bulgarian regions (would be considered an advantage)
