Leads Pluxee Brazil’s cybersecurity function, implementing global policies and standards, managing cyber risks, vulnerabilities, incidents, audits, regulatory compliance, ISO 27001 certification, third-party security, cloud security, and crisis exercises. Manages the local cybersecurity team, promotes awareness, supports customer-facing security discussions, reports cybersecurity performance to senior leadership, and coordinates with global, regional, legal, compliance, and data-protection stakeholders.

Leads Pluxee’s global payments strategy, digitalization roadmap, regulated prepaid payment operations, and international payments team. Oversees payment partners, processors, card bureaus, schemes, technical assets, budgets, compliance, and regulatory reporting. Coordinates country, IT, product, legal, and compliance stakeholders while ensuring secure, efficient, and customer-focused payment solutions across European markets.

Manages relationships with clients in an existing portfolio, supporting client retention and ongoing engagement. The role is part of Pluxee’s employee benefits and engagement business and operates within an inclusive, sustainability-focused international organization.

Supports treasury operations through cash forecasting, liquidity planning, cash position management, bank reconciliations, working capital analysis, and treasury reporting. The role manages banking relationships, monitors cash flows, identifies funding or investment opportunities, and maintains compliance with SOX controls and treasury policies. It also improves treasury workflows through ERP and Treasury Management System automation, data validation, reporting, documentation, and process improvement.

Build and maintain production-grade dbt data models, schemas, automated quality controls, and reliable Silver data layers. Translate business requirements into scalable data products, manage model evolution, monitor freshness and performance, and follow software engineering practices including Git, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data governance teams across domains while contributing to shared standards.

Build and own end-to-end product features across backend, frontend, and AI-assisted workflows. Design resilient, scalable, event-driven systems supporting high-volume transactions and consistent data. Develop automated tests, perform load simulations, monitor production health, and improve observability. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and documentation while working across distributed systems and high-concurrency environments.

Provides legal support across corporate governance, securities compliance, capital markets transactions, payment services, financing, treasury, and banking matters. Advises international stakeholders on regulated products, corporate reorganizations, disclosures, governance policies, and legal risks. Drafts and negotiates financing and banking documents, monitors regulatory developments, supports cross-border projects, and contributes to legal training and process improvement.

Supports compliance, AML/CFT, internal control, and risk management for electronic money and payment services across international Pluxee entities. Responsibilities include regulatory monitoring, policy development, AML tool administration, suspicious activity investigations, regulatory reporting, risk assessments, second-level controls, remediation tracking, training, and oversight of distributors. Advises business leaders and country teams on payment regulations and compliance implementation.

Manage and grow a portfolio of small-business clients via outbound calls and digital channels. Drive retention, adoption, re-onboarding, and upsell opportunities. Maintain CRM records, share insights with Sales/Product teams, and educate clients to optimize employee engagement on Pluxee’s platform.

Leads day-to-day accounting for the Spanish entity, overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, IFRS and local GAAP reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, financial controls, and audit coordination. Acts as the accounting subject matter expert, prepares technical accounting assessments, manages risks, mentors team members, collaborates with Group Finance and Tax, and supports finance transformation, process optimization, and system enhancements.

Manage corporate treasury middle-office activities, including financial risk analysis, FX and interest-rate monitoring, cash forecasting, float optimization, policy compliance, treasury reporting, and management insights. Coordinate with country finance teams and internal stakeholders, support audits, improve treasury processes and systems, and lead or coordinate analysts. The role requires advanced financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and treasury risk-management expertise across multiple geographies.

Executes core accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, accruals, and month-end close support. Ensures accurate, compliant, and well-documented financial records under IFRS and local standards. Supports internal and external audits, applies controls, resolves accounting issues, and maintains documentation for review and reporting.

The CRO Specialist optimizes website performance by implementing A/B tests, analyzing user behavior, and improving UX/UI to increase conversions.

The Senior Controller supports forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis, dashboards, KPI development, and business planning. The role prepares monthly and annual financial analyses, financial statements, and forecasts while identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions. It collaborates with Finance leaders, Controlling Managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders, and improves forecasting, data analysis, and controlling processes.

Develop, implement, test, document, and maintain scalable software solutions for a flexible benefits web platform. Translate product requirements into maintainable code, contribute to architecture, collaborate within agile teams, support QA and incident resolution, and improve engineering practices, performance, and security. The role may involve full-stack development with Angular or React, or backend development using C# and .NET.

Provide legal and compliance support focused on AML/KYC/KYB processes, due diligence, transaction monitoring, regulatory filings and communications with authorities. Draft and review contracts, advise internal teams on regulatory, commercial and consumer matters, update AML policies and support trainings and audits to ensure compliant, business-oriented solutions.

Provide administrative support to executives and team members: manage calendars and meetings, coordinate travel, prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations, maintain organized records, handle confidential information, and assist with special projects and events as needed.

Monitor and enforce data protection compliance: conduct DPIAs and audits, investigate breaches, recommend corrective actions, develop policies and training, and prepare compliance reports to ensure regulatory adherence.

Analyze facilities and office operations to improve efficiency; monitor and report on performance metrics and budgets; research best practices; collaborate with facilities managers to implement improvements; support facilities planning, execution, and compliance.

Handle incoming customer interactions per guidelines, generate client feedback, manage backlog of actions and emails, use customer care tools, and deliver customer-centric solutions while supporting problem-solving and product knowledge.
