Develops Pluxee’s partner sales channel by building relationships with HR tech companies, consultants, fintechs, and other strategic partners. Qualifies and closes partner-generated opportunities, conducts consultative discovery, manages the full sales lifecycle in Salesforce, enables partner sales teams, supports tenders, and collaborates with Product, Legal, and Merchant teams. Requires 4+ years of indirect sales, business development, or partnership-led acquisition experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or employee engagement services.

Manage and grow mid-market client relationships within a geographic territory through face-to-face sales, competitor intelligence gathering, upselling/cross-selling, sales administration, and ensuring customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Drive growth of Pluxee Portugal's partner network by identifying, prospecting, negotiating, and onboarding nurseries, daycare centers, and preschools. Build relationships with decision-makers, manage the full partnership lifecycle, maintain CRM records, collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, and meet acquisition and expansion targets across Portugal.

Maintain and strengthen country-level cybersecurity by implementing global security tools, managing endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning, patching and anti-malware, responding to incidents and coordinating with SOC/regional teams. Conduct risk assessments, support security in projects, run awareness and phishing simulations, assist audits and ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations.

Transform data into actionable insights across multiple countries: produce Power BI dashboards, run ad-hoc analyses and statistical models (regression, time series), design data visualizations and models, partner with business stakeholders and data engineering, and uphold data governance and quality.

Manage and optimize B2C and B2M marketing automation platforms to design personalized email and lifecycle campaigns, build lead generation and nurturing workflows, integrate with CRM systems, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.

Map and analyze end-to-end customer journeys, collect and analyze feedback (NPS, CSAT, CES), identify pain points and improvement opportunities, support process improvements and roll-outs, create CX documentation and dashboards, and enable frontline teams to deliver consistent, empathetic, brand-aligned experiences.

Manage and grow a portfolio of small-business clients via outbound calls and digital channels. Drive retention, adoption, re-onboarding, and upsell opportunities. Maintain CRM records, share insights with Sales/Product teams, and educate clients to optimize employee engagement on Pluxee’s platform.

Manage, organize, and optimize digital assets (images, videos, documents) for France, Tunisia, Morocco, and Portugal. Collaborate with content, SEO, UX/UI, and development teams to ensure assets follow brand guidelines, support SEO, and are properly integrated across web platforms to improve user experience and website performance.

The IT Helpdesk Engineer provides first and second-level technical support, troubleshooting issues with hardware, software, and network systems for end users while ensuring overall IT service quality.
