Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business and technical environments deeply;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic and business topics, ensuring seamless alignment between customer goals and our platform capabilities;
- Translate customer needs into structured requirements and collaborate with product, engineering, and solution teams to evaluate feasibility, scope, and delivery timelines;
- Analyze and navigate complex customer technical use cases to recommend scalable solutions and guide implementation decisions;
- Match clients' business needs with our development processes and existing product capabilities;
- Work closely with product development teams to assess the feasibility and scope of client needs/requests;
- Travel occasionally to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent AMPECO, fostering long-term client engagement and trust;
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices to continually enhance technical expertise;
- Identify and surface feedback, patterns, or product gaps to internal stakeholders to improve our platform offering.
Your Profile
- 3+ years experience as an Account Manager or on a similar position in a software development context;
- Proven experience on account management, project management or similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS or with complex B2B products;
- Expertise to build and maintain relationships from scratch and present a personable approach;
- Technical proficiency and ability to understand complex software architecture;
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and coordination;
- Curiosity toward industry trends and technology developments;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Other languages are considered a significant benefit (German, Spanish, French).
