About this opportunity:
We are looking for a talented Scrum Master with Python expertise to join our international teams. In this role, you will facilitate Agile processes, coach teams, and support the development of scalable solutions, while
enabling effective collaboration and continuously improving team processes within an easy-to-use engineering environment.
What you will do:
- Facilitate smooth and efficient Scrum ceremonies
- Coach the team on Agile practices without micromanaging
- Cooperation within the development/DevOps team to help facilitate and improve CI/CD environment.
- Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
- Use Python on a daily basis
- Support better collaboration between PO and the team
- Help manage stakeholder expectations
The skills you bring:
- Strong experience in programming languages: Python
- Native-level Polish language proficiency is essential due to close collaboration with the local team
- Knowledge of version control system (preferred GIT)
- Strong analytical skills and creative thinking.
- Teamwork and high level of communication skills
- Strong English communication skills to support collaboration with Swedish team members and key stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of Erlang
