Position Overview:  

The Scheduling Coordinators provide overall scheduling support and direction for all Integration orders. The Scheduling Coordinators work closely with Master Scheduler, lab managers, Warehouse management, project management, QA and engineering teams to ensure a seamless transition throughout the integration cycle while adhering to customer specific SLAs and scheduling requirements. 

What you’ll do as the Scheduling Coordinator:

  • Performs job function in accordance to the Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS) 
  • Review Customer SOWs and order details. 
  • Review order SLAs. 
  • Attend project meetings with TSC Planners and/or project management group as needed. 
  • Participate in weekly operations meetings with lab management. 
  • Track project deployment metrics to determine schedule parameters and establish baseline deployment times and metrics. 
  • Track all orders entering and leaving the lab. 
  • Maintain Open Order/WIP reports. 
  • Identify and schedule product placement in lab 
  • Work with integration management to assign orders to specific lab technicians matching skills and experience with customer orders. 
  • Works with Purchasing to determine product location (Carol Stream, Cerritos, Clifton Park or Kent). 
  • Match orders with talent matrix maximizing lab efficiency and production.

Qualified candidates can expect an hourly pay rate in the $25.00 - $30.00 range.
