Position Overview
The Service Coordinator role is responsible for scheduling jobs (with customers and division technicians) and assisting in procuring parts for all work performed by the division. This role assumes a shared responsibility for additional administrative related task that allow for the increased efficiencies within the division which include but are not limited to, permitting, deficiency assignment, quoting, inventory organization and control, job invoicing and test reporting verification. This role may from time to time be asked to lend administrative assistance to other divisions as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for working in coordination with the division manager, estimator, customers, and division technicians to schedule and dispatch all jobs through company provided service software platforms.
- Assist in development and implementation process to improve and ensure the efficient delivery of work in the division.
- Assist in coordination with subcontractors for jobs performed within the division.
- Assist with compliance test report processing (including the use of jurisdictional reporting software platforms).
- Responsible for complying with all safety requirements while on company property and or at customer sites.
- Responsible for complying with all vehicles and driving policies and procedures including report all operation and safety issues of company vehicle.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Salary Range $27 - $32 per hour DOE
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required basic computer skills
- Some experience Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), excellent grammar, spelling and proof-reading skills and follow-up effectively with all staffing levels and clients/customers
- Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic
- Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
- Flexibility to adapt to all situations
- Honest, trustworthy, and responsible
- Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
Skills Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Some experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
