Key Accountabilities
- Support day-to-day SAP functional activities and business processes.
- Work with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
- Assist with analysis and resolution of SAP functional issues and incidents.
- Perform functional testing, including:
- Unit testing
- Integration testing
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, process flows, and user guides.
- Support configuration and system changes under the guidance of senior SAP functional consultants.
- Coordinate with ABAP, integration, testing, and other technical teams during issue resolution and enhancements.
- Participate in defect triage and support root-cause analysis.
- Assist with production support and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Learn and develop knowledge of SAP ACM and related agricultural/commodity business processes.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Overall 6- 8 years of experience in SAP ERP
- 1-2 years of experience in SAP ACM preferred, ERP, business process analysis, testing, application support, or a related area.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of SAP ERP or S/4HANA concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and document them clearly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new SAP modules and business processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, qTest, Tricentis Tosca, or similar testing/defect-management tools.
Skills Required
- 6–8 years of experience in SAP ERP
- 1–2 years of experience in SAP ACM, ERP, business process analysis, testing, application support, or a related area
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
- Basic understanding of SAP ERP or S/4HANA concepts
- Experience or exposure to SAP Agricultural Contract Management, commodity trading, agriculture, or contract-based business processes
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and clearly document business requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills
