【主な職務内容】

  • 新規案件の発掘(ソーシング): カンファレンス、アウトバウンド活動、投資家とのネットワーキング、リファラルを通じて、日本・韓国・台湾の有望スタートアップを能動的に発掘します。
  • 投資案件の実行・デューデリジェンス: 事業・財務分析、市場調査、競合分析、レファレンスコール、投資委員会資料の作成など、案件実行の全プロセスをリード・サポートします。
  • 投資先支援(バリューアド): Salesforceのエコシステムやグローバルネットワークを活用し、事業連携や協業の機会探索の支援、次ラウンドの資金調達準備やM&A、戦略的イニシアチブに関するアドバイスを通じて、投資先企業の価値向上に寄与します。
  • 市場インテリジェンスと投資テーマ策定: エンタープライズソフトウェア、バーティカルAI、フィジカルAIや担当地域(日本、韓国、台湾)市場に関連する新興テクノロジー分野において、独自の投資テーマとセクターインテリジェンスを構築します。
