Role Description: Salesforce Administrator – Prishtine, Kosovo 


Role Purpose: 


We are seeking a Salesforce Admin who possesses a blend of technical prowess and project management capabilities. The ideal candidate should be adept at hands-on work within Salesforce and possess the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to devise solutions that enhance systems and process flow. Moreover, the candidate will boast significant experience in collaborating with technical teams to implement solutions and offer optimal practices. A deep enthusiasm for propelling solutions forward, self-initiation, and analytical thinking are key attributes we are looking for.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a deep subject matter expert on Wasabi business processes within Sales, Marketing, and Support. 
  • Responsible for production support of Salesforce working in JIRA to manage and resolve tickets. 
  • Configure and administer Salesforce to deliver solutions that support business requirements. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Architect, developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that the Salesforce system effectively supports vital business functions. 
  • Work in partnership with department leaders to enhance user experiences, troubleshoot technical challenges, conceive innovative solutions, and ensure data accuracy and cleanliness throughout the Salesforce Service Cloud instance. 
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of seat utilization within Salesforce, making projections for annual requirements. 
  • Contribute to the creation of development documents and training materials, providing support to users during training sessions related to new features or existing business processes and functions. 
  • Maintain transparent and productive communication with users, promptly escalating critical issues and conveying business-specific timelines for resolution. 
  • Oversee processes that facilitate data synchronization between Salesforce and other applications. Sustain and manage Reporting/Dashboards, supporting users in the refinement and development of reports. 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. 
  • Hands-on experience of Salesforce architecture, including but not limited to custom objects, assignment and validation rules, flow builder, roles, profiles, permission sets and security settings, and supporting customers. 
  • Experience supporting mission-critical systems that operate 24x7 x365.
  • Nice to Have: 
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce Community Cloud Experience.
  • Salesforce Developer certification.
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components, Mulesoft.
  • Manage Einstein Analytics and Insights, Knowledge Base.
  • Professional certifications such as AWS S3, Linux, and Cisco.
