Strategic Cloud Account Manager

ClearDATA is seeking a talented Strategic Cloud Account Manager to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your account management expertise and gain new skills in the world of hosted and managed services while being part of the Health Care revolution to the Cloud.


What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with our Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Facilitate Sales Rep to Sales Rep relationship building, account mapping, and selling coordination.
  • Identify new Sales Qualified Opportunities via a variety of methodologies, including:  Channel Marketing, Personal Networking, Account Mapping, and Cloud Marketplaces.
  • Build and Manage a robust Cloud Marketplace Offering in conjunction with the Cloud Service Provider, Product Management, and Product Marketing.
  • Establish efficient communication channels and liaise between Cloud Service Provider and internal departments.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to the management of the Cloud Service Provider relationships.
  • Handling partner queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems.
  • Monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKR) metrics and facilitate timely interventions.
  • Perform recordkeeping, as well as prepare sales forecasts and reports.


Position Requirements:

  • BS/BA Degree MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of proven sales enablement and partner program experience
  • Expert knowledge of partners and of indirect partnerships business models the role definition and what is required from enablement and experience
  • Positive “can do” attitude and approach to designing and implementing partner operational processes and sales enablement training content for partners
  • Demonstrates good verbal presentation and written skills
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively cross functionally with internal departments (Sales Training Marketing Sales Engineering Product and Support organizations etc.).
  • Experience with Partner Relationship Management tool (i.e. Impartner)
  • Ability to travel frequently
