What You’ll Bring To The Team:
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be the liaison between our Sales, Implementations, Customer Success and Product teams to help guide customers toward successful adoption of the Florence suite of products. You will develop a cadence with our customers and lead a consistent monthly process to listen for and measure the intensity of adoption, teach best practices and explore training gaps. You will help identify opportunities for additional software and professional services projects. You will have working relationships with all key leaders in Florence, and help the company shape future product development priorities.
An Ideal Candidate Has:
- Experience as a Strategic or Technical Account, Customer Success or Implementation Manager in the software industry (healthcare software preferred)
- Comfort with analyzing data and presenting compelling conclusions in customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
- Develop account plans and utilize them to drive success measured through NPS scores, renewals and upsells
- The ability to map FHC’s offerings against customer needs and to identify new opportunities within defined accounts
- Experience as the Voice of the Customer to company leadership
- Experience working alongside sales, implementation and support teams
- Experience with ticketing systems (zendesk and jira preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving, written communication and presentation skills
We’ll Be Extra Excited If You Have:
- Domain knowledge and experience with SaaS systems, healthcare and/or clinical trial industry
- Experience in providing white glove customer service
- Written blog posts and other customer-facing material
- Exposure and experience with Salesforce.com
- Professional Services experience including SOWs
- Experience articulating best practices in Account Management
