As the Sr. Manager, Deal Desk at WalkMe, you'll report to our Director, Deal Desk. You'll manage the Deal Desk and Order Management team members based in the US and act as an escalation point for any issue raised by the team, finance, legal and sales. The DD & OM team supports the Sales organization during the quote to cash process by structuring deals and applying pricing strategy. If you can easily find solutions through analysis, process review and continuous improvement, you will be a great addition to our team.

What You'll Own

• Direct Manager for the Deal Desk and Order Management team based in the US
• Deeply understand contract requirements, structure, business terms and identification of potential risks and opportunities that can affect performance, growth and positioning
• Advocate for sales while partnering with internal organizations throughout the contract negotiation process
• Provide leadership with financial models and evaluation of deal economics
• Oversee the order management function, ensuring compliance with published sales and business approval policies

What You'll Need To Succeed

• 6+ years experience with a SaaS or Tech environment Deal Desk function with 3+ years experience directly managing and coaching a diverse team
• Experience with data analysis, modeling and financial analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) advanced functions and SalesForce
• Experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting Analytics Tools
• Flexibility to work extended hours at end of month and end of quarter
