Since launching in 2013, we have grown exponentially, amassing over 400,000 customers across all 50 states and a global team of more than 500 people. Our passion is driven by purpose: to give small businesses the tools they need to succeed and we’re just getting started.

This is a hybrid roleAt Bluevine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. All of our offices have reopened in accordance with local guidelines, and are following a hybrid model. In-office days will be determined by location and discipline.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Drive the Business:

  • Grow customer adoption of Bluevine’s Banking offering by building & leading a high-performing sales team focused on helping small and mid-sized business owners explore, adopt and use Bluevine as their primary operating account and financial management solution
  • Own the sales conversion funnel for our SMB Banking offering. Maximize conversion of leads coming into Sales from multiple channels, including Organic, Paid, and Partnerships

  • Unlock efficient cross-selling of additional products & services throughout the client’s lifecycle on our platform through targeted sales outreach
  • Define sales strategy, playbook and operating model to deliver strong sales efficiency across different customer segments (industry, business age, needs, etc.)
  • Gather, synthesize and proactively share learnings from sales execution with key internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Risk, Support, and Operations

Build a Winning Team:

What does your typical day look like?

My focus at BlueVine is implementing solutions to make our infrastructure easier to maintain and provide a safe and seamless website browsing experience for hundreds of thousands of small businesses. One of the most exciting challenges I am facing is figuring out how to scale production processes and systems during a high-growth company stage.

What makes someone successful on your team?

When I’m recruiting for roles, I look for candidates who are self-sufficient, autonomous, and independent workers. BlueVine has a "Grow Together" mindset, inspiring cross-functional collaboration and celebrating the ability to get things done as a team. And of course, have fun while doing it!

What unique initiatives do you have that encourage innovation?

Our External Applications Group builds the products and solutions that onboard new customers and bring more value to existing ones. The team is working on enhancing the product suite for lending and banking products, and one of the biggest challenges we are tackling is re-writing the BlueVine mobile app from scratch in Native technology.

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

As the manager of our email marketing program, I get to collaborate with the entire organization. From design and legal, to data science and customer support, we strive to deliver valuable information to our growing customer base and build loyalty along the way.
