Job Purpose:
The incumbent in this role should be a team player experienced in understanding the investment and financial sales roles to effectively upskill staff to be productive in their role.

Additionally, this role understands the systematic approach to improving human performance and is able to influence ongoing learning solutions. The incumbent manages and contributes learning tools, resources, and discussions to drive improved performance that align to business strategy and goals. Must be able to deliver learning to both small and large groups.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a learning delivery model, determine the most effective standards, practices, course types, modalities, and delivery mechanisms for producing engaging and relevant learning solutions.
  • Design and implement data collection methodologies to assess opportunities for development for targeted groups and individuals. Bring awareness of identified business challenges and recommend and lead the execution of the learning and performance solutions.
  • Develop a roadmap for learning solutions which delivers against defined learning capability objectives for the whole learning organization.
  • Establish cost benefit and ROI measures for the defined solution.
  • Benchmark competitors and external thought leaders for new ideas and best practices.
  • Use a variety of performance and learning strategies, tools, and interventions to implement change, monitor solution implementation, and measure success. Supplement the standard assessment and learning techniques with innovative approaches.
  • Analyze data, prioritize, and lead complex projects dealing with behavior change impacting both business area and individual change.
  • In conjunction with key business partners, align work accountabilities, resolve issues, improve processes, and effectively align learning solutions with what is expected for sales initiatives. Facilitate, analyze, negotiate, and prioritize performance improvement and development requests for the business area.
  • Look across business areas to identify dependencies, trends, and alignment opportunities related to Human Performance Solutions.
  • Serve on cross-functional project teams for human improvement solution needs.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and advice to clients, stakeholders, peers, and team members to achieve consistent updates to skills within the alignment of our business goals and strategy.
  • Consult with existing and future product, services, or business areas for the learning needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or financial disciplines, organization development, psychology, Adult Education, or related field or equivalent trade-off in related professional work experience.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in consulting with human performance improvement solutions
  • Experience with design standards and quality metrics; solid understanding of and demonstrated skills related to all phases of the instructional systems design.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the principles, theory, and practice of organizational development, human behavior changes, and adult learning.
  • Proven ability to develop and sustain strategic relationships and networks, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated success and passion in creating an environment that fosters and recognizes high performance, high engagement, and personal accountability.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, complex cross-functional projects.
  • Proven ability to embrace, lead, and drive change.
  • Ability to resolve complex problems, formulate improvement strategy, appropriately integrate technology, with successful and on-time implementation/delivery.
  • Demonstrated positive results using persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills.
  • Expert level communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability and self-discipline to work remotely with a high degree of latitude, collaborate with virtual teams as well as execute virtual learning solutions.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.



Preferred:

  • FINRA Series 6, 7 or 63

Base Salary Range:
$83,600.00 - $125,300.00
