Design and execute hedging programs, engage counterparties, ensure regulatory and accounting compliance, monitor hedge effectiveness, partner with ALM/Product/actuarial, oversee trade lifecycle and controls, and mentor trading staff.

The Lending Compliance Counsel supports designing and delivering compliant financial products, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and market needs, while educating stakeholders about industry trends.

The Cybersecurity Analyst III will monitor threats, coordinate responses to incidents, evaluate third-party security, and improve cybersecurity practices within the organization.

The Counsel will manage legal projects, provide advice, draft documents, and represent TruStage in various legal matters while working with a team of attorneys.
