We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product - a platform for digital marketers.
And this is our Sales Enablement Program Manager role for those who can find a common language with anyone in the world.
Sales Enablement Program Manager will oversee our Global Sales Onboarding Program. This person will be responsible for aligning our onboarding efforts globally, optimizing the learner experience and ensuring our new hires quickly ramp to achieve desired performance outcomes.
The Program Managers will partner with the sales team stakeholders, the broader sales enablement team, and subject matter experts across the company to develop and execute an impactful, data-driven onboarding program. Success will be measured by the overall business impact of the program.
Tasks In The Role

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to clearly define the desired program outcomes based on business plans.
  • Define the program strategy, and communicate overall vision and direction.
  • Identify critical program KPIs and continuously measure and report on them.
  • Define, prioritize and manage the interconnected projects that contribute to program success.
  • Advise resources involved in program execution, on how to best implement the program strategy.
  • Seek opportunities to make continuous improvements to the program.


Who we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS sales enablement program management role
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Strong understanding of sales environment - including typical GTM models
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales leadership
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
