Talend is growing quickly, and so are our global Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams! We are on a path to transform our entire selling motion from leading with product to leading with value. In this pivotal role, we are seeking an energetic seasoned enablement professional to work closely with the Customer Success team. In this role, you will enable Customer Success Managers to help customers realize value from their Talend solutions and their Data Health mission. If you are excited about building out a dynamic customer success enablement program and partnering with CSMs, this is the role for you!


Here's what you’ll be working on:

· Enabling Customer Success to consistently act as consultants and help customers realize value on their Data Health journey by:

- Creating dynamic, compelling, and modern sales enablement and training both internally and by working with external vendors/sources

- Presenting and/or moderating training sessions

-- Leading the building and execution of the enablement plans and playbook for Customer Success

· Building relationships, and participating in regular meetings and coaching sessions with Customer Success, to ensure the uptake of new trainings, to find and scale successes, and to address gaps or needs on an ongoing basis

· Utilizing the tech stack, analytics, and dashboards to track progress against OKR’s, uncover insights, and partner with CS managers to implement program adjustments or enhancements

· Helping to build out and champion other Sales enablement initiatives globally and overall being a passionate contributor to building Talend’s enablement best practices including skills, knowledge, tools, and processes

 

We’re excited about you because you have:

· 5+ years’ experience in sales enablement preferably with responsibility for enabling on B2B software and/or data products; experience in Customer Success or enabling CS teams strongly preferred; other sales experience a plus

· Superior communication skills including writing, creating effective presentations, and presenting to a group; excellent storytelling ability; basic learning design skills (advanced a plus)

· Demonstrated strategic thinking with strong business acumen; trusted partner to executives and leaders who can participate in business discussions and uncover cause and effect to build storylines

· Ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization, including with executives; a sought-after team member who brings value to every interaction and is an active listener

· Experience executing complex projects; knows how to assemble a team, organize work, and ensure timelines are met

· Expertise in sales technologies, sales methodologies, or other related sales enablement skills; experience with Gainsight preferred
